Walter taught the first IDC of Devocean Divers Malapascua, and soon after opening the instructor level courses, he opened the Tec Diving Department.
Passionate about professional dive training and technical diving, Walter was able to live his dream....
...but the caves were calling ...
COVID forced him to move away from The Philippines, but he continued to teach IDC and Technical diving in India's biggest divecenter. It was enriching and students were learning....
...but the caves were calling ...
He finally moved to Playa Del Carmen where he had always planned to get trained for cave diving....
...he had reached the caves!
